Here’s the super simple snack I often eat at 11am to keep my concentration levels high and my energy stable between breakfast and lunch.  Many of my clients have issues with energy fluctuations throughout the day and snacks like this help.  This sort of snack gives a more sustained energy than coffee or sugary foods.  Apple almond and apricot kernal snack

Dietary note:
Almonds are a rich source of calcium and magnesium, both needed for stress management as well as health bones.  Apples, especially organic apples with their skins left on, are a rich source of quercitin, which is anti-allergy, anti-inflammatory and anti-aging.  Apples are a rich source of the soluble fibre needed to feed healthy bacteria in the gut.  An apple a day really does help keep the doctor away.
